Thank you for shopping at ATW Industries. This Shipping Policy outlines our practices for processing, packaging, and delivering your orders. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

We ship to all 50 U.S. states, including:

  • Residential addresses
  • Commercial/business addresses
  • P.O. Boxes (USPS shipments only)
  • APO/FPO/DPO military addresses

Processing Time

All ATW Industries products are made-to-order and manufactured specifically for your order upon receipt of payment. This means:

Manufacturing Time

  • Orders are typically manufactured and ready to ship within 3-5 business days of order confirmation
  • Most orders are completed and shipped within one week of purchase
  • Complex or custom orders may require additional processing time
  • Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays

Order Confirmation

You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after placing your order. This confirms we have received your order and payment. This is not a shipping confirmation.

Shipping Notification

Once your order has been manufactured and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

We use XPS Ship to provide competitive shipping rates from multiple carriers including UPS, FedEx, and USPS. Shipping methods and delivery times vary based on your location and the shipping option you select at checkout.

Available Shipping Options

Standard Ground Shipping (3-7 Business Days)

  • Most economical option
  • Delivery within 3-7 business days after shipment
  • Tracking information provided
  • Available for all orders

Expedited Shipping (2-3 Business Days)

  • Faster delivery option
  • Delivery within 2-3 business days after shipment
  • Tracking information provided
  • Higher shipping cost

Express Shipping (1-2 Business Days)

  • Fastest delivery option
  • Delivery within 1-2 business days after shipment
  • Tracking information provided
  • Highest shipping cost

Important Note: Delivery timeframes begin after your order has been manufactured and shipped, not from the date of purchase. Total time from order to delivery is typically 6-12 business days for standard shipping.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Package weight and dimensions
  • Destination address
  • Selected shipping method
  • Current carrier rates

The exact shipping cost will be displayed before you complete your purchase. There are no hidden shipping fees.

Free Shipping

We do not currently offer free shipping promotions, but we may offer promotional free shipping during special events or sales. Any such promotions will be clearly advertised on our website.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing:

  • Tracking number
  • Carrier information (UPS, FedEx, or USPS)
  • Link to track your package
  • Estimated delivery date

You can track your order by:

  • Clicking the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email
  • Visiting the carrier’s website and entering your tracking number
  • Logging into your account on our website (if you created one) and viewing your order history

Delivery

Delivery Confirmation

Most carriers provide delivery confirmation, which means the package is marked as delivered when it is left at your address. We recommend tracking your package so you know when to expect delivery.

Signature Required

Standard shipments do not require a signature upon delivery. High-value orders may require a signature at our discretion. If a signature is required, someone must be present to sign for the package.

Delivery Issues

If you experience any of the following issues:

Package Not Received:

  • Check the tracking information to confirm delivery status
  • Check with neighbors or household members
  • Look around your property (porch, side door, garage, etc.)
  • Contact the carrier with your tracking number
  • If not located within 3 business days of expected delivery, contact us at atwindustries1@gmail.com

Incorrect Address:

  • If you provided an incorrect shipping address, contact us immediately at atwindustries1@gmail.com
  • We will attempt to update the address with the carrier, but cannot guarantee success
  • Address changes after shipment may incur additional fees
  • We are not responsible for packages delivered to the address you provided at checkout

Delivery Delays:

  • Weather, natural disasters, and carrier delays may affect delivery times
  • We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier
  • Contact the carrier directly for updates on delayed packages

Damaged or Lost Packages

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives visibly damaged:

  1. Note the damage on the delivery receipt (if signing for package)
  2. Take photos of the damaged packaging
  3. Open the package and inspect the contents
  4. Take photos of any damaged products
  5. Contact us immediately at atwindustries1@gmail.com with photos and order details
  6. We will work with the carrier and provide a replacement or refund

Do not discard damaged packaging until the claim is resolved.

Lost Packages

If tracking shows your package as delivered but you did not receive it:

  1. Wait 24 hours (carriers sometimes mark packages as delivered prematurely)
  2. Check with neighbors and household members
  3. Contact the carrier to open a claim
  4. Contact us at atwindustries1@gmail.com
  5. We will open an investigation with the carrier
  6. If the package cannot be located, we will provide a replacement or refund

Package Security and Theft

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, the risk of loss or theft transfers to you. We are not responsible for packages stolen after delivery.

To reduce theft risk, we recommend:

  • Requiring a signature for delivery (contact us before ordering)
  • Having packages delivered to a secure location (work address, package locker, etc.)
  • Installing a security camera or doorbell camera
  • Tracking your package and retrieving it promptly upon delivery

If your package is stolen after delivery, please file a police report and contact us. While we are not liable for stolen packages, we will work with you to find a solution on a case-by-case basis.

Incorrect or Missing Items

If you receive the wrong item or your order is missing items:

  1. Check your packing slip to verify the contents
  2. Contact us immediately at atwindustries1@gmail.com with:
    • Order number
    • Description of the issue
    • Photos of the incorrect or missing items
  3. We will investigate and ship the correct item or missing items at no charge
  4. You may be asked to return incorrect items (we will provide a prepaid return label)

Shipping Restrictions

We do not ship to:

  • International addresses (outside the United States)
  • U.S. territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, etc.) – may be available upon request

Some products may have additional shipping restrictions based on size, weight, or hazardous material regulations.

Customs and Duties

Because we only ship within the United States, there are no customs duties, import taxes, or international fees.

Order Changes and Cancellations

Because our products are made-to-order:

Before Manufacturing

  • Contact us immediately at atwindustries1@gmail.com if you need to change or cancel your order
  • If we have not yet begun manufacturing, we can modify or cancel your order
  • Once manufacturing begins, orders cannot be changed or cancelled

After Shipment

  • Orders cannot be changed or cancelled after shipment
  • You may refuse delivery or return the item under our Return Policy (see Return/Refund Policy)

Multiple Items and Shipments

If you order multiple items:

  • Items with similar manufacturing times will be shipped together when possible
  • If items have different manufacturing times, they may be shipped separately
  • You will receive separate tracking information for each shipment
  • You will not be charged additional shipping for multiple shipments unless you selected expedited shipping for specific items

Business Days and Holidays

Processing and shipping times are based on business days (Monday-Friday), excluding federal holidays:

  • New Year’s Day
  • Martin Luther King Jr. Day
  • Presidents’ Day
  • Memorial Day
  • Independence Day
  • Labor Day
  • Thanksgiving Day
  • Christmas Day

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
